1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
HQ Logistics sends transactional text messages about deliveries you have placed or are receiving. This is not a marketing program; we do not send promotional texts through this program.
2. CONSENT
You are enrolled only if you select the SMS notification protocol on an order. The notice you agree to reads:
By selecting this notification protocol, you consent to receive SMS messages from HQ Logistics regarding this delivery, including order confirmation, dispatch, pickup, en route updates, delivery status, and completion. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent is per order, is recorded with a timestamp, and is not a condition of purchase. If SMS is not selected, no text messages are generated for that order.
3. MESSAGE TYPES
- Order confirmation
- Dispatch and driver assignment
- Pickup completion
- En route and estimated arrival updates
- Exception, delay, and delivery status alerts
- Delivery completion and proof-of-delivery link
4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Frequency varies by shipment. Expect roughly 3–8 messages per delivery, and more for multi-stop routes with additional status changes.
5. STOP AND HELP
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
6. RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
7. PRIVACY
